The REO department of RE/MAX Preferred of Alabama, is interested in the opportunity to market and manage REO properties with efficiency and expertise. Our service territory is Alabama (response time defined by two regions). Our REO department is managed by the Broker on a day to day basis; with a team of agents and experienced REO staff to market and communicate the details of REO Properties. The broker has 12 years of experience with REO's and our office successfully closes more than 200+ transactions per year. We are able to provide quick, accurate inspections and price opinions and we promise to provide consistent, quality representation of all properties, regardless of type or value. We list our properties on multiple web site platforms for maximum exposure and have knowledge of trustworthy, competent contractors and vendors for required repairs when needed. Additionally, we identify top agents in Rural Alabama to assist any asset manager's needs or efficiency. We also have BPO clerk, a bookkeeper, and photographer/inspector; dedicated to providing timely BPO's, occupancy and accounting reports that each of our clients require. We guarantee a 48 hour turn around for BPO's. Furthermore, we have a dedicated RE/MAX Platform Team maximizing the exposure of our REO properties that generates buyer calls each month.
