Born in Brooklyn, NY and raised in New Jersey and Florida John graduated Seminole High School in 1969 and attended St. Petersburg College. John began his career in real estate in 1978 as a salesperson and became a broker in 1986. Purchasing Results Real Estate in 1991 he became the broker/owner when his mentor announced his retirement.
John is known for delivering prompt, exceptional and knowledgeable service to his clients, specializing in REO, retail and commercial real estate sales. He has created an empire of qualified real estate agents and departmental staff specializing in all aspects of the listing and selling process along with the expertise to perform brokerage services for a high volume of prestigious banks, servicing companies and owners of both homes and commercial properties.
John has what it takes in negotiating numerous REO, retail and commercial deals including office buildings, strip centers, single-parcel commercial real estate, short/retail sales, and REO properties. John and his wife Stephanie as a team gave successfully closed well over 5000 real estate transactions.
His company is located in Seminole, Florida and is capable of covering a wide range of territory including but not limited to Pinellas, Pasco, and Hillsborough counties.
John ensures that clients have a complete understanding and knowledge of the value of their property and while always keeping in mind the client's goals, needs and expectations.
