About Me
I am native to the Maryland / DC area and licensed in both jurisdictions for more than 25 years. I possess a unique and strong knowledge of the different submarkets found in my marketplace. While I continue to offer full service residential brokerage services, I have acquired a specialty managing properties that may revert back to a lender or national investor. This includes timely occupancy checks, inspections, and evaluations, facilitating deeds in lieu and short sales, relocation assistance, evictions, lockouts, and trash outs. I manage HOA and code violation resolutions, work to erase water bills and reverse vacant property tax issues (DC) then, follow through to market a property to get the highest net for my client.
Overseeing the management and sale of nationally owned properties has evolved considerably and, in many ways, parallels the more traditional real estate market. Some of my clients follow the AS IS sale path and, increasingly, some will make repairs to satisfy lender requirements, and some will complete major repairs allowing top dollar turnkey sales. The processes and marketing I have in place support the AS IS sale and any level of repairs warranted to get the desired result.
