Bryce Fendall is the Vice President of Default, Foreclosure & REO for Statebridge Company, a specialty mortgage default servicer located in Denver, Colorado. Bryce brings over 30 years of Real Estate Management experience, including 21 years of mortgage servicing experience focused in REO, Foreclosure, Short Sale, Deed In Lieu, Property Inspections & Preservation, Valuation and Hazard Claims Management. Prior to Statebridge, Bryce was Assistant Vice President Real Estate (REO) of Wilshire Credit Corporation / Merrill Lynch and closed more than 50,000 REO units representing $4 billion in sales. Wilshire eventually was purchased by IBM and renamed Seterus. Bryce has a BS degree in Business Administration from George Fox University and currently services on the Board of Directors as Vice President of NADP (National Association of Default Professionals) and on the USFN Servicer Advisory Group for 2023. Bryce served as the 2020 President of REOMAC (Association of Real Estate Owned Managers, Inc.
