Joe Cutrona serves as the Chief Business offers for Auction.com. He formerly served as SVP of Auction Exchange & Asset Management for Xome/Mr. Cooper. With more than 30 years of mortgage banking experience, including originations, underwriting, default servicing, and commercial banking, Joe is the key architect and business leader in building Xome’s real estate auction platform and REO asset management business. During this time Joe has been instrumental in managing and selling over 100,000 properties, totaling $16B in total real estate value.
Prior leadership roles include Senior Director of Default Outsourcing Solutions with CoreLogic and Vice President of Commercial Real Estate for classified commercial asset work out strategies for United Western Bank in Denver, Colorado.
Additionally, Joe spent more than 10 years with Centex Home Equity (now Nationstar Mortgage LLC d/b/a Mr. Cooper) serving in various senior management roles in the mortgage originations and credit/collateral underwriting division.
Joe is a graduate of Texas Christian University with a Bachelor of Finance, with an emphasis in Real Estate.
