With 700+ closed transactions, 20+ years in real estate and asset management, my work today sits at the crossroads of real estate and digital asset investing as the Founder and Managing Member of BTC Capital LLC. My focus is real estate acquisitions, note purchases, and digital asset management, which is the foundation behind our Real Estate plus Bitcoin Hybrid Fund built to combine proven real estate fundamentals with the long term strength and upside of Bitcoin.

My team and I also continue to operate as an REO listing broker, specializing in 24hr BPO turnarounds, occupancy checks, inspections, and hands on asset management including asset preservation. My mission is to help clients with asset dispositions, asset management, and day to day execution while bringing a data driven approach and real market insight to every decision.
