Watch out for this company, they got me posing as Atlas REO for $400, and another guy in Miami for $1800(I filed a case with Paypal/local police/USPS inspector/other agencies and got my $400 refunded).
Now they switched to a new website, www.nationwidemanagement.net, and are calling using the name "Andrew Collins" as the asset manager - do NOT pay the fee, they are simply searching your county for foreclosure cases, then "assigning" you the asset - but they have absolutely nothing to do with it.
Well-done and elaborate scam, don't fall for it.
Sample verbiage from their website (that matches the old fake Atlas REO website that is now gone): "
