Ave Cost to sell REO in NJ
- Commission Range is (5-6%)
- Realty Transfer tax paid if paid by seller ( also can be negotiable between buyer and seller ) (1-2%)
- Misc Expenses- (2-4%)
I would say between 8-10% cost to sell REO in NJ.
