Meet the Speakers:  

Tony Yousif

Director - National Accounts

SVN Vanguard

Tony Yousif serves as Director of National Accounts for SVN Vanguard and CompassRock specializing in Asset Management, Due Diligence Support, All Real Estate Service Matters.


Tony acts as single point of contact for a number of institutions. His job is to oversee the management, value add strategies, and disposition of assets throughout the nation. Tony acts as an intermediary between the client and the 'boots on the ground' property managers and brokers, currently in 44 states.


Tony is currently working with receivers, banks, private equity firms, and servicers; assisting with the valuation and strategy frompre-foreclosure through post foreclosure and eventual disposition.


Tony works with Colony Capital, KeyBank, US Bank, Principal, AIG, Aegon, Goldman Sachs, and Wells Fargo acting as single point of contact for SVN. Tony also works with Oaktree Capital, TRIMONT, Rialto, Fannie Mae, PNC/Midland and others.


Tony is a member of several professional and community-based organizations, including the CREC and Foundation Board for the San Diego Zoo, the SD Foundation, the Urban Land Institute, ICSC, the California Receivers Forum, and the La Jolla Rotary Club. Tony majored in Business Administration at San Diego State University.


Tom Constantine

Chief Credit Officer

Axos Bank    

Thomas Constantine has operated as the Chief Credit Officer for Axos Bank (NYSE: AX) since in August 2010, where he continues to hold that title.  From 2003 to 2010, Tom served as a senior examiner with the Office of Thrift Supervision (OTS), his second stint with the agency. Thomas first joined the OTS in 1989, during the Savings and Loan crisis.  Prior to Tom's return to the OTS in 2003, he held roles of increasing responsibility at First Bank of Beverly Hills as a portfolio manager, Chief Lending Officer and finally as the Chief Credit Officer.  He has more than 31 years of experience in the banking and financial services industries. 

Thomas received his B.A.in Business Economics, with an accounting emphasis, from the UC Santa Barbara, where he was named a Collegiate All-American in rugby.  After graduation, Thomas played rugby for Belmont Shore, RFC, representing the region and country in international competition. He led women’s rugby programs as head coach at the Universities of California at San Diego and Santa Barbara prior to joining the Bank.
