With Doug's history of managing development projects when times are good, to being one of the "go to" companies for workouts, distressed assets, and receiverships of commercial property when times are challenging, we get behind the Big Data numbers to discuss what the folks who are dealing with Commercial REO are seeing and working on today!  If you attended our previous "Boots on the Ground" webinar titled The Current Climate of Commercial Real Estate: How to Prepare for REO you will appreciate the conversation with another industry heavy-weight who can let us know what he is experiencing and what he is seeing come down the road.
