Bankruptcy laws were established to provide debtors with an opportunity for a fresh start, and to provide creditors with a way to minimize their losses. But the way the laws are executed - particularly when it comes to real estate - raises an interesting question: Does the current process actually deny debtors and creditors their rights?

The issue is more important than ever, as many experts expect bankruptcy to surge due to the damage done to the economy by the COVID-19 pandemic.

Are you prepared for the increase? How can you help your clients and grow your business? How can selling bankruptcy properties deliver optimal results for both debtors and creditors?

Join us on May 18th at 10:00AM Pacific as our experts discuss these and other bankruptcy-related areas of interest.
