Has the Commercial Real Estate market recovered from the COVID-19 recession, or is it still lagging behind the Residential market?

How have the various industry sectors - Office, Retail, Hospitality, Industrial, and Multifamily - fared? Are there clear winners and losers in the post-pandemic economy, or are there more changes on the horizon?

And will we see a wave of distressed commercial inventory or foreclosures as the dust finally settles? What are brokers seeing in the market today, and where do they expect it to go from here?

Join us as we explore these topics and more on Tuesday, September 28th at 12:00 PM PST to hear from industry experts and some of the leading practitioners in the CRE space for what promises to be an informative, interesting, and opinionated session!
