Economic Update and 2022 Outlook presented by Edward Coulson, Director, Center for Real Estate, Professor of Economics and Public Policy.
Edward Coulson is Professor of Economics and Public Policy, and Director of the Center for Real Estate in the Paul Merage School of Business at UC Irvine. He joined Merage in 2017 after two years as Director of the Lied Institute for Real Estate Studies at UNLV. Prior to that, he was Professor of Economics and the Jeffrey and Cindy King Faculty Fellow in Real Estate at the Pennsylvania State University. Professor Coulson received his B.S. in Economics from the University of California, Riverside, and his Ph.D. from UC San Diego and is published widely in real estate, urban economics, housing economics and related fields. His co-edited book, Energy Efficiency and the Future of Real Estate, was published in 2017 by Palgrave Press.
