Tim Lightfoot has 18 years of experience in Default and Loss Mitigation roles within Mortgage Servicing. Tim currently serves as the SVP – Loss Mitigation Operations for Rushmore Loan Management Services and has been with Rushmore over 6 years.
Prior to joining Rushmore, Tim began his career at Homecomings Financial, later becoming GMAC Mortgage, where he participated in programs developing the company’s first loan modification programs and implementing them as the preferred Loss Mitigation strategy. Later, at Saxon Mortgage, Tim led the private client Loss Mitigation department and was the business sponsor for implementation of the HAMP underwriting and evaluation procedures. As a private consultant, Tim assisted Fannie Mae, Mr Cooper, and Pacific Union on various projects related to Default and Loss Mitigation activities. While at Rushmore, Tim has built out a robust Credit Risk and Underwriting platform for modifications, improved proprietary technology to streamline customer assistance options, and has had the opportunity to mentor and develop numerous team members over the past 6 years. Tim feels fortunate that his role allows him to participate in developing cutting edge Loss Mitigation solutions and enjoys the challenge of finding new ways to help ensure customers with the ability and desire to retain their home have that opportunity.

Mr. Oliverson is Vice President, REO Operations at Radian Real Estate Management, part of the Real Estate Services division at Radian (NYSE: RDN). His more than 18 years’ experience in REO Asset Management began in 2003 at Fairbanks Capital and has continued to his current position. Prior to his work in REO, Mr. Oliverson originated mortgages and worked in loss mitigation and collection departments.
Mr. Oliverson is a seasoned manager with expertise in the transitioning, on boarding, team building, KPI development and performance delivery for new and existing clients. His experience extends to all aspects of the REO process including Eviction, Title, Valuation, Preservation, Repairs, Marketing and Closing.
Mr. Oliverson received a B.S. degree in Economics at the University of Utah and currently holds an active Utah Broker’s License.
