Mark Paniccia
Mark Paniccia is Vice President of Business and Commercial Lending for TREO Asset Services – Eastern Division. He is also the Managing Member of Sigma Development, a real estate fix and flip firm operating actively in 6 states, located in Midlothian, Virginia. Prior to that he was the Senior Vice President of Real Estate Owned at SunTrust Mortgage. Mark began his career in portfolio management as a Real Estate Specialist for Merrill Lynch and later as Director of Real Estate Services for Prudential’s Diversified Services Group. Mark spent most of the 2000’s with GMAC ResCap on the commercial side, managing a $2+ billion portfolio of structured leases and lot options for large homebuilders. He is a graduate of the University of Connecticut with a BA in Political Science and is currently President of the National Association of Default Professionals (NADP), an industry nonprofit. He has been an active Sigma Chi volunteer for 35 years, and in his spare time is heavily involved in animal rescue, adoptions, and transports for Richmond Animal League.

Michelle Gilbert has been admitted to the following practices and courts: Florida Bar, 1986; Middle District of Florida; 1988, Northern District of Florida; 2005, Southern District of Florida, 2006; U.S. Supreme Court, 2000; U.S. Court of Appeals, Eleventh Circuit, 2003. She matriculated at the University of South Florida (B.A., 1982, cum laude), and the University of Notre Dame (J.D., 1985). She manages Gilbert Garcia Group’s foreclosure, real estate transactional and litigation, probate, estate planning, guardianship, business transactional and litigation, and corporate law practices, and oversees Sapphire Title & Escrow Company. Gilbert Garcia and Sapphire provide training and consulting to their clients, as well as sponsor monthly give back initiatives in their community.
Kevin Hildebeidel
Kevin Hildebeidel is a 1993 graduate of the Washington College of Law at American University in Washington D.C. He was admitted to the Virginia Bar in 1993 and began a creditors’ rights and real estate practice which has continued to the present. Over the course of his practice, he has handled cases at every level of the Virginia courts on a variety of issues including research, negotiation and resolution of title, bankruptcy, lien and accounting challenges, construction, real estate, and contract disputes, easements and boundary cases, mediations, and both trial advocacy and appellate work throughout state, federal courts and bankruptcy courts. Mr. Hildebeidel was later admitted to the bars of both Maryland and the District of Columbia, where he pioneered the DC judicial foreclosure program which broke a four-year legal impasse, and was recognized for the same in the Washington Post.
Wes Iseley
Mr. Iseley is a customer service-focused General Management Executive with proven success leading organizations to profitability throughout all economic cycles. His experience ranges from directing large firms to developing growing companies into industry leaders. Wes Iseley is currently is the Senior Managing Director of Carrington Holding Company. He has P&L responsibility for Vylla Title and Vylla Home. He also is responsible for all external transactions and manages the Carrington relationships across the Carrington family of companies. He is a board member and the current President of the California MBA and the former Chairmen of the National Mortgage Servicer Association. Wes graduated from the University of Kentucky with a B.A. in Finance
Lance Margolin
C. Lance Margolin, Partner Emeritus and Director of Eviction and REO Services at The Margolin & Weinreb Law Group, LLP was a founding partner of the Firm. He has been representing the mortgage default industry for over 30 years and concentrates his practice in evictions, closings, foreclosures, and title litigation. A 1983 graduate of the University of Bridgeport School of Law (now known as Quinnipiac School of Law), Mr. Margolin was admitted to practice law in New York in 1984.
