Kyle Redfearn


Kyle Redfearn, MAI, is an Executive Vice President in CBRE’s Valuation & Advisory Services. He is the national practice leader of the Valuations for Financial & Tax Reporting practice and is based in Dallas, Texas, USA. Mr. Redfearn oversees projects and provides technical expertise to both domestic and internationally based clients. He has over 32 years of valuation experience with the majority of it concentrated in financial and tax reporting services. Prior to joining CBRE, Mr. Redfearn was the leader of the real estate valuation group at Houlihan Lokey Howard & Zukin. Before that, Mr. Redfearn was a Senior Manager at Deloitte & Touche (focusing many of his 12 years conducting financial and tax reporting valuations and assisting Deloitte audit teams as a valuation review specialist.

Mr. Redfearn has expertise in valuing a wide array of properties and debt instruments. Property types that have been valued include industrial, office, retail, multi-family residential, hospitality, health care, restaurants, educational, institutional, data centers, correctional facilities, sports and entertainment, automotive, theaters, self-storage, manufactured housing, agri-business, car washes, energy production facilities, easements, mortgage loans, CMBS loans, mezzanine debt, and many others. The team has valued properties in all developed continents. Mr. Redfearn has conducted and managed countless valuations for financial and tax reporting purposes, which are subject to various reporting standards that include FASB, IASB, IFRS, IRS, SEC, IACPA, and others. Other intended uses include valuations for mortgage financing, impairment testing, fresh start accounting, litigation support, insurable values, gift and estate tax, international tax, mark-to-market analyses, highest and best use studies, market rent studies, and others.


Xander Snyder 


Xander Snyder is the senior commercial real estate economist for First American Financial Corporation, a premier provider of title, settlement and risk solutions for real estate transactions and the leader in the digital transformation of its industry. In his role, he provides analysis, commentary and forecasts on commercial real estate trends.

Snyder's research focuses on economic trends impacting commercial real estate, such as demographics, fundraising, investment, and commercial lending. He monitors, analyzes and reports on economic data and surveys related to commercial real estate, and develops models and forecasts to better understand the forces that influence commercial real estate markets. 

Before joining First American, Snyder developed data-driven models to guide real estate investment strategies, co-founded a proptech startup, and worked as a global risk analyst consulting international companies on supply chain risk and other issues. Snyder earned a master’s degree in data science and informatics from UC Berkeley. He also graduated from Cornell University with a double degree in economics and classical music composition, earning the title of Summa Cum Laude. Snyder, a native Angeleno, lives and works in Los Angeles.

Glenn Brooks

Glenn is President of the Property Services division for The Fay Group and oversees GenStone Realty, GenStone Property Management, Constructive REO, and Constructive Renovations. In his role, Glenn manages the P & L, and leads the teams responsible for managing, renovating, and brokering, bank owned REO and investment properties on behalf of Fay’s clients.

He is also the driving force behind new investment partnerships in single-family rental portfolios for REITs and other investors. He has close to 30 years of experience with property preservations, construction, REO and foreclosure management.
