Nolan Turner
Nolan Turner is the Managing Director for Carrington Holding Company. He leads Carrington’s strategic initiatives, growth / revenue objectives, and industry partnerships across Carrington’s 8 vertically integrated companies and 4,000 employees. Nolan brings nearly 20 years of experience across the entire mortgage loan life cycle (Capital Markets, Lending, Servicing, Default Management, Title, Real Estate, and RMBS Trading). Prior to Carrington, Nolan held leadership roles within the Investment Bank at Wachovia and wholesale loan operations at World Savings. Nolan is an MBA Future Leader, a CMB, and holds post graduate degrees in Cognitive Psychology and Quantitative Analytics.
Doug Mayers
Doug Mayers, Senior Vice President – Trading, joined the PHOENIX team in 2019 and is focused on contributing to the growth of PHOENIX’s servicing rights and whole loan trading, analytics and advisory practice, as well as its capital markets analytics and advisory business. Doug’s 35+ years in the industry have been dedicated to the development and execution of liquidity solutions in the secondary market.
In his roles prior to joining Phoenix, Doug headed business development for Roundpoint’s MSR acquisitions, led sales, marketing, and business development for Resitrader. and was Senior VP of the client solution group at Mortgage Industry Advisory Corp. (MIAC). While at MIAC, Doug was a leader in the development and execution of MIAC’s ecosystem of client engagements embracing pipeline and portfolio risk management, and mortgage asset valuation and disposition.
Doug began his career in 1985 with Lomas & Nettleton, and went on to hold a variety of sales, marketing, business development and management positions at IndyMac Bank, Bayview Financial, Countrywide, and Fannie Mae. He holds a B.A. in History from Kenyon College, resides in Santa Monica, CA with his wife and daughter, and enjoys playing guitar, golfing, skiing, water sports, and international travel.
