Don Curtis is a Senior Vice President of Business Development for OSC, a Breckenridge Company. OSC, a specialist in insurance and risk management services and products, offers a comprehensive range of portfolio protection and financial risk management services to both large and small institutions, investors, servicers and funds.
Prior to OSC, Don was Vice President of Business Development for Carrington Mortgage Services, one of the major providers of mortgage servicing to lenders and investors in distressed mortgage portfolios. Before Don joined Carrington Mortgage, he was National Sales Manager at Franklin Credit Management Corp., a nationwide buyer of 1stand 2nd TD distressed mortgages and special servicer.
A 39+ year veteran of the mortgage banking, consumer finance and real estate industry in sales and management. Don brings extensive background in distressed asset acquisitions, special servicing, correspondent/wholesale expansion, sub-prime lending, home equity/home improvement lending, FHA Title One, investor relationships, affinity negotiations and networking within industry market segments. Don is a frequent speaker, current board member of Ca. MBA and committee chair(s) within various mortgage industry organizations.
Don is a native of San Diego, Ca. attending San Diego State where he majored in Business and Real Estate.
Christopher M. George

As Founder, President and CEO, Christopher M. George has spent three decades cultivating an organization capable of sustaining and thriving through cyclical market fluctuations. He accomplished this through responsible risk management while identifying and capitalizing on key emerging markets. George prioritizes regulatory compliance and champions industry and consumer advocacy through direct participation at the local, state, and federal levels. In 2012, George established the CMG Foundation, a philanthropic endeavor to support non-profit organizations at both the community and national levels. To date the CMG Foundation has provided valued funding for the Gary Sinise Foundation’s R.I.S.E. program, the Mortgage Bankers Association’s MBA Opens Doors Foundation™, Homes for Our Troops, and the Cancer Support Community SF Bay Area programs, as well as benefitting a host of other local organizations. In addition to his role at CMG Financial, he is a past Chairman of the Mortgage Bankers Association, a member of the MBA's Board of Directors, past Chairman for California Mortgage Bankers Association (CMBA), a member of the CMBA's Board of Directors, and has served on many advisory boards and task forces within the industry.

José is an executive leader at OSC focused on expanding strategic carrier partnerships, sound underwriting practices, and oversight of the rapidly growing RiskSecure property investor program. He is also integral to business planning, agent relationships, claims practices, and mentorship of a thriving team of employees. He previously led OSC Client Services and the Client Advisory Board and has championed several longstanding relationships as an award-winning member of the Business Development team. José has been featured in nationally recognized real estate investor publications and speaks routinely on diverse insurance and risk management topics.
José has more than 30 years of experience in the insurance industry and joined OSC when his company—Financial Insurance Brokers, Inc.—merged with Overby-Seawell Company (OSC) in 2009. He holds a Marketing and International Business degree from Florida International University and has since served as President of their Alumni Board of Directors and now is on the President’s Council. He also serves on the board and is Chair-Elect of the South Florida Hispanic Chamber of Commerce while also being active in the Wholesale & Specialty Insurance Association, Mortgage Bankers Association, and American Bankers Association. Outside of work, José enjoys spending time with his family and has a passion for food and wine.
