Eric serves as the Executive Director for The National Association of Mortgage Field Services. Prior to serving as Executive Director, Eric served as President and Vice President and was successful in the finalization and launch of NAMFS Certification Program. Eric also held several leadership positions within LPS Field Services, including Operations, Vendor Management and BI. His roles within LPS FS provided the opportunity to work with key Governmental and Industry Leaders on a variety of issues including HUD Mortgagee Letters and USFN Default Solution Discussions.

Glenn Brooks

President, Property Services - The Fay Group

Glenn is President of the Property Services division for The Fay Group and oversees GenStone Realty, GenStone Property Management, Constructive REO, and Constructive Renovations. In his role, Glenn manages the P & L, and leads the teams responsible for managing, renovating, and brokering, bank owned REO and investment properties on behalf of Fay’s clients.

He is also the driving force behind new investment partnerships in single-family rental portfolios for REITs and other investors. He has close to 30 years of experience with property preservations, construction, REO and foreclosure management.

Bryan Lysikowski

Bryan Lysikowski is an industry veteran bringing nearly two decades of experience in the Real Estate and Property Renovation industries. Bryan has succeeded in growing a small regional company into one of the nation's leading field service providers. Bryan's focus is to lead senior management into the ever evolving, Real Estate business with visionary ideas that change and adapts to the current trends. Bryan brings strategic guidance, provides project governance, and delivers feedback on all the business unit activities.
