Throughout his career, Clellan has demonstrated exceptional leadership and a commitment to excellence, beginning with customer service and advancing through to default servicing. His most recent focus areas include collections, loss mitigation, property preservation, and REO (Real Estate Owned) management. A notable accomplishment in Clellan's career was leading Early-Stage Default through the myriad changes during the COVID-19 pandemic. His strategic approach and adaptive leadership ensured operational continuity and compliance with evolving regulations during a period of unprecedented challenges. Clellan started his career in finance and later transitioned to operations, where he has leveraged his financial acumen to drive operational efficiency and improve service delivery. Under his leadership at Aremco, Inc, he has led multiple initiatives to enhance the customer experience and mitigate financial risk. Clellan orchestrates the alignment of the asset services division with servicing to create a cohesive bond which adheres to investor rules and regulations. Clellan's extensive experience and strategic vision have been instrumental in navigating the complex challenges of the mortgage servicing industry. His ability to lead diverse teams and implement effective solutions has earned him recognition as a key leader in his field. Clellan holds a Finance degree from Wright State University, further underpinning his expertise and commitment to the mortgage servicing industry. Hattie Sharp

Hattie Sharp, Auction.com SVP, Strategic Partnerships & Business Development, is a seasoned default mortgage expert with over 20 years of experience. Her journey began at Homecomings Financial/RFC in Dallas, Texas, where she quickly became an integral part of the company's growth. Her exceptional talents led to her selection for the inaugural loan modification team, where she excelled in managing the balance sheet portfolio. In 2007, Hattie ran the Subservicing REO business at GMAC Mortgage, catering to more than 45 clients. She later oversaw the Enterprise REO business to successfully dispose of a revolving portfolio of over $3.75B of REO assets. She then went to work for Bank of America in 2011 as the Senior Vice President of REO. In this pivotal role, she took charge of operations, sales, alternative dispositions, and title/closing for all Bank of America’s 80,000 REO assets. She also handled government and private investor claims and managed all outbound customer correspondence for customers in default. Hattie started working at Auction.com in 2016 and is a proud graduate of Oklahoma State University.
