Eddie Blanco, a first-generation Cuban American, was born and raised in Miami, where he developed a deep love for the city's culture and community. As the broker and owner of Stratwell, with offices in Miami and Naples, Eddie has led his team to close over 3,200 transactions since 2008. In 2024, his team was honored as the #1 small team in Florida and #7 in the US by Real Trends, reflecting their excellence in the real estate market. Eddie's leadership extends beyond his business. He served as the President of the Residential Board of the Miami Association of Realtors in 2022 and is now the Chairman-Elect for the Miami Association of Realtors, the largest local realtor association in the country.

Eddie and his Stratwell team specialize in representing home sellers with a strategic, process-driven approach, consistently delivering outstanding results. His reputation is trusted by major lenders and SFR institutions alike.

Beyond real estate, Eddie is a dedicated football coach and a proud father of four, balancing his professional and personal life with passion and commitment.


 Glenn Brooks 

 Fay Financial, LLC

With more than 25 years of comprehensive experience in real estate, mortgage servicing, REO management, asset disposition and Lending, Mr. Brooks is an established and successful executive who is proficient with managing people and processes. As President of Property Services with Fay Financial, Mr. Brooks currently oversees REO, Genstone Realty, Genstone Management, E-Acquisitions and Constructive Renovations.    

Prior to assuming this position, Mr. Brooks served as vice president of Quantum Servicing, overseeing the bankruptcy, foreclosure, real-estate owned, property preservation and the valuations departments.

Prior to Quantum, Mr. Brooks served as AVP/ Manager of REO for Accredited Home Lenders, Inc. Mr. Brooks lead a team of Asset Mangers working throughout the nation with realtors and appraisers to determine market value and the highest and best marketing strategies on REO properties.

Mr. Brooks owned and managed Mortgage Broker business and Title Company lending and conducting settlements in 18 states.  In addition, he held several positions at Eastern Savings Bank, a privately owned federal savings bank and also owned a General Contracting Company.


                                       Bryce Fendall

                                                           Statebridge Co

Bryce Fendall is the Vice President of Statebridge Company and oversees the Default, Foreclosure, Bankruptcy, REO (Real Estate Owned) Valuation, Property Inspection & Preservation, Hazard Claims and Mortgage Claims functions. Mr. Fendall brings over 30 years of Real Estate Management experience including 20 years of mortgage servicing experience focused in REO, Short Sale, Deed In Lieu, Property Inspections & Preservation, Valuation and Hazard Claims Management.  Prior to Statebridge he served as Managing Director of Asset Disposition National Default Servicing and prior to that 15 years with Wilshire Credit Corporation Merrill Lynch in various titles including Real Estate (REO) Department Manager and Assistant Vice President of Real Estate (REO). Mr. Fendall has a BS degree in Business Administration from George Fox University and currently services on the Board of Directors and previously as the 2020 President of REOMAC (Association of Real Estate Owned Managers, Inc) now known as NADP (National Association of Default Professionals).

Derek Montes

Luxury RE 

Derek is a veteran of real estate, with a degreed background in Accounting, he comes from a seasoned experience of bank owned real estate as a former REO Asset Manager where he worked with a large servicer firm before branching out on his own as a real estate agent to help in liquidating assets for clients as best possible. He is Co-Owner of Luxely Real Estate, working alongside his business partner Jonathan Layton, who also comes from a seasoned background of servicing (REO asset manager, loss mitigation at various firms).


In his free time, Derek has a loving wife, and they are proud parents to two young children, Lilah and Jameson, that they spend their time making memories with and enjoy teaching them all things sports.
