  Asset Manager/Servicers are individuals who are employees of a financial institution, mortgage company, mortgage insurance company, credit union, hedge fund / institutional buyer, or default company; and who has or shares in the responsibility of performing default servicing on loans secured by real estate property, or marketing and/or management of real estate owned property. This category shall include collection, foreclosure, bankruptcy, loss mitigation, loan workout, compliance, post-foreclosure, asset assignment to appropriate service providers, real estate agents and brokers. This shall include all assistants, coordinators, and / or related job positions.
