Stephen M. Hladik, Esquire, is a principal at Hladik, Onorato & Federman, LLP, where his practice focuses on mortgage foreclosure, bankruptcy, tax sale, consumer protection, and UDAAP matters. A former Deputy Attorney General with the Pennsylvania Bureau of Consumer Protection, Steve brings significant experience in lending law enforcement, including FDCPA, RESPA, TILA, and related compliance issues.
Prior to joining Hladik, Onorato & Federman, LLP, Steve served as the Pennsylvania managing attorney for one of the nation’s largest creditors’ rights firms. He regularly teaches Continuing Legal Education courses on mortgage, bankruptcy, title, real estate tax sale, FDCPA, CFPB regulations, and lending law compliance. Steve also serves the mortgage servicing industry as Chair of the Legal League Advisory Council and is actively involved with industry organizations, including the ALFN.

Shlomo Sahadeo is SVP of Default at Renovo Financial with 20+ years in mortgage servicing. He specializes in default operations, loss mitigation, and portfolio performance strategy, with leadership experience across AHP Servicing, LLC., Fay Servicing, LLC., and HSBC. He is known for building scalable servicing platforms and driving efficient asset resolution outcomes.

Since the age of eight, Erik has been involved in flipping homes alongside his parents. In 1987, at just 19 years old, he began his career in real estate, selling properties in the San Fernando Valley. By 1992, Erik received his first REO (Real Estate Owned) assignment, marking the start of a distinguished career working with major banks, servicers, and government agencies, including Fannie Mae and HUD. Today, Erik is the Broker/Owner of Cambridge Homes, with offices in both North Los Angeles and the Palm Springs area. Throughout his career, he has been fortunate to build lasting relationships with friends and colleagues in the industry. One of the greatest honors has been serving on the board of the National Association of Default Professionals (NADP), where he has contributed to the legislation and advocacy efforts, closely monitoring legal changes that impact the industry. More recently, Erik has helped lead webinars addressing critical issues facing the industry today.
When Erik isn’t working, his greatest joy comes from spending time with his kids, whether surfing or skiing, making cherished memories in the outdoors.
