Forbearance and Foreclosure:

What's in Store for the Default Servicing Industry?

August 19, 2020 | 3:00 PM  EST

Over 4 million borrowers are in forbearance programs, and the default servicing industry will need to find answers to several daunting questions:

  • What will happen as these programs expire?
  • How will the industry manage the unprecedented volume of borrower inquiries?
  • Will servicers be able to stay compliant with ever-changing regulations?
  • And is there a way to prevent another record onslaught of foreclosures?

Join us for an important and information-packed webinar where we explore the current status of forbearance; national trends in delinquency, default servicing, foreclosure processes and evictions; and discuss how the industry might help borrowers in forbearance avoid foreclosure.
