About the Annual Meeting:
Kick off the day with Course 1 of our Residential Default Certification program. This introductory course provides an overview of the Residential Default lifecycle. Please note, registration is separate. To register for the Residential Default Course, please click here!
The NADP Annual Meeting will begin with a happy hour and networking session with the REOMAC Foundation Auction Items on display! Following happy hour, guests will be seated for dinner and an Economic Update where we will discuss current economic trends and look to the future of default as we embark on 2024. NADP guests are invited to stay in the event space after the conclusion of the Annual Meeting for drinks!
Meet the Speaker!
Christine Cooper, PH.D.
Chief U.S. Economist and Managing Director, CoStar Group
Christine Cooper is Chief U.S. Economist and Managing Director at CoStar Group, providing insights and analysis of national and regional macroeconomic conditions, and overseeing commercial real estate analysts across the nation.
Before joining CoStar, Christine led the Institute for Applied Economics at the Los Angeles County Economic Development Corporation, producing numerous studies and presentations for government agencies, industry leaders and legislative bodies. She has been a lecturer at California State University Long Beach, Pepperdine University, and, most recently, at the University of Southern California’s Sol Price School of Public Policy.
Dr. Cooper holds a Ph.D. in Economics from the University of Southern California with research emphasis in economic development and institutional economics.

Substitution / Cancellation Policy
All Annual Meeting registration substitutions and cancellations must be submitted by email to info@defaultpro.org by the registered attendee. Cancellations received by November 17, 2023, are subject to a refund minus a $50 administrative fee per registration. There will be no refunds for cancellations made after November 24, 2023.
