In conjunction with the Annual Meeting, NADP will offer Course 1 of the Residential Default certification program. This is the 1st program in the certification process. About the Residential REO Certification Course:
This course will cover the basics of default, including the workflow from default to bank owned, minimum service level requirements, and how to be most successful when properties are assigned. You will walk away with a better understanding of common concepts, terms and the general workflow of a residential default property.
